Appointment Policies

Please remember to silence your cell phones and bring earbuds when you are at your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide us with 48 hours notice. We could make someone on the waiting list very happy! (There will be a fee of 100% of services for late cancellations and no-show appts.) Thank you for your understanding.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule and a missed appt. fee will occur.

FAQs

Children

Please make childcare arrangements prior to coming to your appointment, do not bring children along unless your child is receiving a service. We will ask you to reschedule your service. We do not offer services to children under 5 years old. This ensures that you and those around you have a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Gratuity

Always left to your discretion and greatly appreciated. We cannot accept gratuity on credit card charges. Cash, check or Venmo works!

Hair Models Needed

We are a training salon with classes on various weekday mornings. We constantly need models for blowdrys, haircutting, and haircoloring. Classes are overseen by our education team, all work is done by a student in our apprentice program or one of our fully licensed associate staff. There are small fees for all work done. Please inquire about what models we are currently looking for. Be prepared to spend about 2-5 hours with us. Thanks for helping us hone our skills!
